Truffle Panna Cotta with Truffle Honey

Truffle Panna Cotta with Truffle Honey


• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 vanilla bean split
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoon of fresh black truffles, chopped
• 6 grams gelatine
• 1/4 cup Great Southern Truffle Honey



1. In a large pot, combine the milk, cream and vanilla bean, then stir in powdered sugar.
2. Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat, add gelatine and chopped truffle and stir until dissolved.
3. Pour into desired moulds, chill overnight and serve with a drizzle of Great Southern Truffles Honey. Enjoy!
