Orange and Truffle Glazed Smoked Ham!

Orange and Truffle Glazed Smoked Ham!


  • 1 Smoked Ham (approx. 4kg)
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbs Great Southern Truffles Mustard
  • 1 tbs seeded mustard
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs truffle Great Southern Truffles honey
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 1 tbs rosemary (finely diced)



  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Take Smoked Ham out of the packaging, remove any netting and place in a large baking dish.
  3. Mix together the Great Southern Truffles Mustard, brown sugar, Great Southern Truffles Honey and orange juice until it forms a thin paste.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the Smoked Ham and sprinkle with finely diced rosemary.
  5. Pour two cups of water into the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Cover the baking dish with a layer of aluminium foil without touching the top of the ham to retain moisture.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes then remove the foil, baste with remaining glaze and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until the Smoked Ham is golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes – Carve .. and enjoy!
    (Serve with your favourite side dish – we recommend a potato salad with Great Southern Truffles Aioli)
