Delivery & Customer Service
Delivery costs are as per shopping cart selection and quote. Great Southern Truffles currently offers substantial discounts on shipping rates for our valued clients.
Great Southern Truffles works with Australia Post for Truffle products and StarTrack as well as Australian Parcel Post for Fresh Truffle to deliver your purchased goods.
We are able to ship direct to the customers door anywhere in Australia via StarTrack and Australian Parcel Post
Up to 1kg fresh truffle is $25.00 Australia wide
Truffle products are based on the weight of your shipment through Australia Post which will be calculated at check out.

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery times may vary between 5-7 days.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area.
Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to States other than Western Australia.

Great Southern Truffles will offer a 30 day money back guarantee including change of mind for truffle products. Refunds must be returned within 30 working days from the invoice date, in original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.Â In instances where products are found to be defective, Great Southern Truffles will supply replacement product free of charge including return postage and handling. Great Southern Truffles will not replace or refund products that have passed their use by date or been stored incorrectly.
Our policy is:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.
- When returning products for refund, you must contact Great Southern Truffles prior to sending the items. Indicate the reason for return and details of how you will be returning the goods. Great Southern Truffles reserve the right to review all returns to assess acceptability.
- We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post. You must pre-pay all returns postage, assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. We advise you arrange registered delivery with Australia Post. Great Southern Truffles reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.
- If you are returning a faulty item for a replacement we will pay for postage and handling back to us provided you contact our office on +61 (0) 8 6500 4200.
