Truffle Deviled Eggs

Truffle Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Great Southern Truffle Aioli Mayonnaise
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Great Southern Truffle Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • Great Southern Truffle Oil



  1. Bring a pot of water to boil then reduce the heat to low until there are no more bubbles. Then place eggs in the water and increase the heat back to high for 14 minutes. While eggs are boiling prepare an ice water bath.
  2. After 14 minutes remove eggs and place in ice water bath. Once the eggs have cooled completely peel them and slice in half, length ways. Remove the yolk with a spoon and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks and add Great Southern Truffle Mayonnaise, Great Southern Truffle Sauce , vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Use spoon to add a portion of the mixture back into the egg whites where the yolk was. Garnish with parsley and a drizzle of Great Southern Truffle Oil.
