Chicken Meatballs
Chicken Meatballs and Truffle Oil WP


  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Oil, for frying
  • 300g chicken mince
  • 2 cup breadcrumbs [fresh]
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Parsley
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan (optional)
  • Salt/pepper


  1. Combine garlic, parsley, chicken mince, milk-soaked breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, roll into balls, cover and then chill for 30 minutes.                     
  3. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Finish cooking the meatballs for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  4. Drizzle with Great Southern Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  5. Sprinkle some grated parmesan (optional).
