Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Oil, for frying
300g chicken mince
2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Parsley
½ cup of grated parmesan (optional)
Salt/pepper
Method:
Combine garlic, parsley, chicken mince, milk-soaked breadcrumbs in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, roll into balls, cover and then chill for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Finish cooking the meatballs for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Drizzle with Great Southern Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Sprinkle some grated parmesan (optional).
