On the 27 October at Crown Perth, Great Southern Truffles attended Meet the Buyers trade show.
This event was a great opportunity for us to promote, collaborate and showcase our Truffle products alongside other local producers.
Nearly 80 Western Australia food and beverage organisations participated, from buyers and importers, chefs, sommeliers and educators. Everybody reunited under one place to discover a range of quality products that have been grown, farmed, fished and processed in Western Australia as well as recognizing new emerging trends within the industry.
We love seeing West Australians make the decision to support local companies. With over 15 years of experience in hunting, harvesting, and grading this enigmatic little fungus, both locally and internationally, it’s safe to say that we know what we’re doing.
