Ingredients for Truffle Aioli Potato Salad:
1 kg of potatoes (a mix of 500g sweet potatoes and 500g white potatoes)
4 rashers of bacon, diced and cooked
2 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped, or grated
Dill Springs
180g of Black Truffle Aioli
Large spoon of sour cream
Preparing your Truffle Aioli Potato Salad:
Cut the white potatoes and sweet potatoes to the desired size and cook until just tender. Cool and refrigerate overnight if possible.
