Truffle Barramundi

Serves: 4


Here's what you'll need:


  • 4 Barramundi fillets

  • 2 tablespoons truffle-infused olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon zest for garnish

  • Black Truffle Butter to finish

Instructions:


  1. Marinate the fish: Season the Barramundi fillets with salt, pepper, lemon juice, minced garlic, and thyme leaves. Let them marinate for about 20 minutes.

  2. Sear the fish: Heat the truffle-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the Barramundi fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.

  3. Add the truffle touch: Remove the fish from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate. Top each fillet with a small amount of truffle paste (or fresh truffle shavings) and drizzle with some melted truffle butter for a luxurious finish.

  4. Garnish and serve: Garnish with lemon zest and fresh thyme. Serve immediately with roasted potatoes or sautéed vegetables for a complete meal.
