Truffle Glazed Honey and Mustard Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Take the leg ham out of the packaging, remove any netting and place in a large baking dish.
  3. Using a knife, score the skin in straight lines on the diagonal and about 2 inches apart over the surface of the ham. Do the same thing in the other direction to create a diamond-shaped mark all over the ham. Stick the cloves into diamond-shaped marks.

4 Mix Great Southern Black Truffle Mustard, brown sugar, Great Southern Black Truffle Honey until it forms a thick paste.

5 Spread a generous layer over the Ham.

6 Pour one cup of water into the bottom of the baking dish.

7 Cover the baking dish with a layer of aluminium foil without touching the top of the ham to retain moisture.

8 Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then remove the foil, baste with remaining glaze and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes until is golden brown.

9 Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes – Carve and enjoy! Serve hot or cold.
