Portobello mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 70%, tomatoes, eggplant, water, red wine, black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 5%, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onion, herbs and spices, salt, flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, glucono delta-lactone.

• Add our Black Truffle Salsa to egg noodle pasta for something extraordinary, or onto your canapés for that extra special touch.
